Got home at around 8 pm yesterday and who should be hosting World News but Hala. A terrific way to end one's day. Thursday nights are always a drag in the land of local television, so Hala telling me about the death of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, while a bit depressing, still made for good TV.
I just wonder if her move to the CNN Center (Atlanta) is temporary or permanent. I hope it's temporary, because being in Atlanta will minimize her interaction with Richard Quest, and those two co-hosting is one fun watch.
Sure, being at the CNN Center "ups" her exposure, but come on. The broadcasts from the CNN Center tend to be so boring.
Put her back in London!!!
